The only reason why you are making less money...
And how to make at least $1 per follower...

Recently, I was talking with a new client I just started working with.
Great man, good following, posting regularly for months.
But the main problem is not making enough money.
While we were on the call, I noticed 3 things holding him (and honestly, most people) back from using their full potential and their audience’s too.
Confidence
I have talked with a lot of people now; they are extremely good at their domain, their skill.
But one thing I keep seeing in people making less money online.
They lack confidence online
They are actually afraid of selling.
They are afraid of saying their offer out loud.
If you keep yourself one step behind, you’ll never make money here.
Once a founder said to me, "Ratan, what if I put it in front of people and my offer ruins my reputation?”
I mean, bro, reputation. Really, you haven’t sold them anything. What are you protecting?
I think about this a lot:
People care about their reputation a lot when they have none.
Believe me, nobody cares; just sell the right thing to the right audience. That’s it
Justin Welsh sells ads in his newsletter promoting other newsletters.
And yet I have heard from gurus that don’t sell ads in newsletters.
Total BS; do what works for you and what makes you money.
That’s the only thing that matters.
If you are not going to put your offer in front of people.
How do you actually make money?
Too many advice
Believe me, I was there at times.
I open X and see all the advice.
Some say, “Don’t post offers on your timeline.”
Some say, “Do it.”
Some say “followers matter.”
Some say “they don’t.”
Some say, “Do outreach.”
Some say “don’t.”
I’m not saying who’s right or wrong.
the thing is, I have been here from the past 3 years
i have bought more than $3000 on everything you name it, join cohorts with the top creator on x.
And believe me when I say.
Everything works, but not everything works for you.
You have to figure out what “working” means for yourself.
So stop taking advice from everyone.
Pick 2–3 people you trust.
Listen only to them.
The less noise you have, the faster you’ll grow.
Less pricing
There’s a quote I love by Dan Kennedy:
“Charge as high a price as you can say out loud without cracking a smile.”
Don’t be afraid to price higher.
The lower your price, the less committed your buyers.
And honestly, cheap clients = headaches.
